West End art name proposition

I’ve only seen photos of the new West End Plaza art work.

I see wheels, unconnected except for the under support, all looking in different directions.

I see little wheels, medium wheels and big wheels. None moving or advancing the art.

I feel that each wheel believes the art would not be there were it not for them.

I see the work is not named. I propose the name “GOVERNMENT.”
