Everything’s upside down

Will someone please, please explain to me (using words of one syllable or less) what is going on in this world?

Why is it so wrong to ask if you are a citizen of this country on the census form? Why does a Starbucks ask the police to leave when one person says they feel unsafe with them there? Why not ask that person to go where they feel safe? One person tells Nike that he is offended by a shoe they are offering to celebrate our country’s founding. They are too lazy or too stupid to research and find out about the history of Betsy Ross and her version of the flag.

We are being dictated to by politicians so bent on their hatred of one man, that all else is insignificant. AOC claims there are concentration camps at our southern borders and there aren’t any. Bernie tells people everything will be free when he is president. Somebody will pay for it. Nothing is free, except a dog’s love. The Democrats have debates and they promise to give free health care to illegals, but they won’t work to serve our own citizens. At the same debates, not one, not one American flag can be seen behind them, near them or in the same room.

Antifa demonstrators in Portland, Oregon, injure innocent people, destroy property, hide behind masks and the mayor tells the police to stand down.

All of this because people hate one man so much that anything is fair game. What is going on? Please someone enlighten me.
