Wolves not a political prop

Re: “Idaho considers ‘wolf hunter’ proposal,” June 30:

The berserk Idaho GOP officials’ consideration to designate Idaho as a “wolf hunter sanctuary state” should be rephrased: “Idaho wolf killing fields unlimited.”

GOP officials are proposing legislation that “hunters will be allowed to shoot and kill an unlimited number of wolves with no interference from any state or local officials.”

Idaho wildlife supervision and control belongs to the Department of Fish and Game and public organizations that work to protect wildlife including wolves.

GOP officials should keep their hands off.

Idaho wolves are not up for politicized pillage.

That is what those GOP politicians are shamelessly proposing!
