Shame on Murray, Cantwell

Thank you, Sue Lani Madsen, for your article, “Why vote against care for babies?,” (March 2).

The Born-Alive Act in the Senate by Sen. Ben Sasse from Nebraska should have been approved by 100 percent of the Senate. This bill was completely nonpartisan. Shame on you Washington state Senators Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell for voting to kill the act.
