Biden’s call for unity

What — to be charitable — could be more ironic than former Vice President Joe Biden’s commitment to achieving political unity in the upcoming presidential election, when the Republican Party has for thirty years now been single-mindedly committed to systematic suppression of Democratic votes, permanent Republican control of all three branches of government, systematically stonewalled very nearly all of the legislative agenda of former President Barack Obama - whom their autocratic leader, and foe of American democracy, before whom they worship, unceasingly vilifies.
