Cathy, imagine this

Really, Cathy McMorris Rodgers, no impeachable offense?

Imagine that a Democrat wins the presidency in 2020, but Trump doesn’t go away, hoping for a still possible second term in 2024. He still has his base, and Republicans are still terrified of it. The Democratic president calls the Chancellor of Germany and says we’d like a little favor; please send us Trump’s Deutsche Bank financial records. Thanks.

Cathy, there doesn’t even need to be a quo for this to be illegal, horrifying, and impeachable. As a mostly Democratic voter, I’d support Republicans impeaching that Democratic President and I’d be ashamed if any Democrats didn’t agree.

Really, Cathy? No impeachable offense?
