Stratton shows up

As a long-time resident of the neighborhood, I became a member of the West Central Neighborhood Council in 2014 and have been active in neighborhood revitalization efforts since then. What I know about our current City Council representative, Karen Stratton, is that she shows up and she follows through for residents in District 3. She attends neighborhood council meetings, not just in West Central but in all the neighborhoods in her district. She is always available to answer a question or hear a concern. Any time I’ve asked Karen for help with an issue, she’s been there with needed assistance.

Somehow she’s found a way to get more than 24 hours into a day, because she comes through everywhere that she’s needed, not just once or twice, but always. I truly don’t know how West Central could do without her as our advocate.
