Treloar’s temperament ideal

I am pleased to take this opportunity to express my support for Katey Treloar for Spokane School District school board in the upcoming general election.

We need someone with Katey’s judgement and temperament on our school board. Katey will show reasonableness and wisdom when considering the school district’s budget, school safety and security issues and supporting teachers in the classroom by upholding effective student behavior standards.

We need school board members who will think through various approaches to addressing issues affecting the quality of education for students and not let preconceived opinions unduly influence tough decisions they will have to make during their tenure on the school board. Katey Treloar is such a person. Not only is she a mother of children who attend Spokane public schools, she also has experience as a classroom teacher.

I hope you will join me in voting for Katey for Spokane School District 81 Director Position 1.
