Benn’s mixed message

I was reading the interview questions and answers published in The Spokesman-Review (“Council candidates critique road projects,” Oct. 14). Tim Benn, candidate running for the position, complains about the transportation issues in the city; however, he has no hesitation to say that he will vote for the license tab initiative even though it has a major impact (estimated $2.5 million) on the same issue.
