Thank you, STA

I began riding with Spokane Transit in 1987 and have done so on a regular basis ever since.

Over the years the service has just kept getting better and better. The buses and technology have been always updated to keep up with the times. The drivers and customer service reps at the STA center are courteous, helpful when you have questions, and go the extra mile to give good service. I really am impressed with the navigation skills of the drivers as they drive on crowded streets during rush hour, especially with the double accordion buses.

The greatly improved and expanded service changes of Sept. 15 are the best ever for me. The new Route #4, which travels both Regal and Monroe streets, is my primary schedule. I say a very hearty thank you for all who work to provide this awesome transportation service to our area. I hope many new riders will take advantage of it.
