Bring back Shawn

I don’t know who has been writing for Mr. Vestal but you need to bring Shawn back. The recent columns under his name have been totally devoid of (self) righteous anger espoused from his own perceived moral high ground.

There have been neither non sequiturs nor correlation of unrelated data — not to mention a total lack of assigning conservatives blame for any perceived injustice. You have not printed a biased premise or ignored facts that do not support that bias. There hasn’t even been an overt and implied invective against Mayor Woodward or President Trump; even in these times of national crisis, Leonard Pitts finds a way to blame Trump for something.

Put Shawn back to work; we need some humor in these troubled times.
