Hang in there

This is a trying time for everyone but more so for parents trying to teach their children at home when they have not been trained for the task. As a retired teacher who taught in the public schools for 31 years my advice is to relax and just do the best you can under the circumstances. You may not be the best teacher your children ever had but you can still be the best parent.

The kind of adult your children will become depends more on the kind of parent you have been over the years than how you do as their teacher for a few months. Hang in there. This will pass.
