COVID-19 is affecting our everyday lives, and it is important to make smart decisions as well as plan for the future.
With that said, many people are actually prolonging this quarantine and making life more difficult for the rest of us by choosing to ignore rules and buy out stores of the things we all need. Although this quarantine is chaotic and scary for some, people need to realize that this is not an apocalypse.
This means that you shouldn’t be buying 18 deluxe packages of paper towels or toilet paper that could easily supply several families. Many are looking at this the wrong way. In order to make it through these unsure times, the goal shouldn’t be to get ahead and have unreal amounts of supplies, it should be to distribute these much needed items evenly between people and to make sure one person isn’t buying entire shipments for themselves.
Another problem is people refusing to stay home. By going out and potentially exposing your body to the virus, not only are you hurting yourself but everyone else. Most people are trying their best to stay healthy and rid the country of this virus but to truly end the pandemic, we need everyone to cooperate.
