Missing out on parks

I would like the Parks Department to reopen the Finch Arboretum before all the blossoms and daffodils are gone. I have never seen groups of people in the arboretum except for special events. Most of the time I am by myself. Also, what about the rose garden?

By the way, both the High Bridge disc golf course and People’s Park are loaded with people and cars in the parking lots and on A Street. I wish the High Bridge Dog park could be reopened too. So does my dog. Maybe nudists and disc golfers have an in with someone in Parks?
