Praise for the police

Thank you Emma Epperly for the wonderful positive article and pictures of the Spokane police graduates (“Three newly graduated police officers enter a whole new world,” Aug. 2).

I want to express my support for all law enforcement officers everywhere. They are so needed to protect everyone. The key word for all the new officers is respect. If all citizens would show respect and listen to the officers they will be treated with respect in kind. Learn to live peacefully together, and let’s hear more good things about our police!
