Liability with opening schools

Some schools are opening this fall with all preventive measures in place at their disposal. So far, the track record of school openings has been poor, with new cases reported early on involving both students and in some cases teachers.

The problem is that regardless of all precautions taken at school, you are dealing with kids, and kids will be kids, They will get together after school and on weekends … parties, night-overs, whatever, and ultimately become infected, bringing the virus home and eventually back to school.

There is a reasonable possibility we will see reclosure of the schools. Since districts are going against both local and state government recommendations, could there be liability issues here? … .possibly.
