COVID welcome program

After reading the article about Rathdrum and North Idaho’s COVID response during this surge (“Masks optional in Rathdrum,” Dec. 8), I think they might as well develop a “COVID welcome” advertising campaign with billboards, TV and radio to make money and give like-minded people a place to congregate and live free!
