Biden’s manifest prejudice

Joe Biden, in naming officials for his incoming administration, betrays a manifest prejudice against incompetence, unlike Donald Trump’s record of appointing at least incompetence in the area that the candidate would oversee when he could not find someone actively opposed to the agency’s mission.
