Seems familiar …

History is repeating itself.

Twenty-one years ago, Bill Clinton did something stupid, which gave the House Republicans the means to impeach him. More than half of America believed Clinton should be removed from office. The Senate Democrats refused to remove him from office, and later, the Senate Democrats were voted out of office, making a Republican-controlled Congress.

This time around, Donald Trump did something stupid which gave the house Democrats the means to impeach him. About half of America believes Trump should be removed from office. We all know the Senate Republicans will not remove Trump from office. The Senate Republicans will be voted out of office, making it a Democrat-controlled Congress.

Is this a sinister plot by the Democrats? Not likely, the’re not that smart. Will the Republicans try to prevent this disaster? Not likely, the’re not that smart.
