Half time sleaze show

This Sunday’s Super Bowl half time show was far too “mature” for general airing. I thought, “OK … it’s geared for those in the stadium.” And, forgetting about the young folks watching from home, at $2,500 a ticket there wouldn’t be very many children present. But then a large choir of adolescents joined the onstage performance. So much for that thought!

With all the booty shaking, pelvic thrusting, feigned male-on-female groping, and people feeling themselves up, I was offended by the show and disgusted with the NFL’s support of it! With its troubles of falling attendance, viewership, public opinion and revenue, it succumbed to the siren of “sex sells.”
