Tab prices

I understand your frustrations on the tabs on a new car/truck or even older ones.

We the people voted (I’m told “unconstitutionally”) to have $30 tabs. This is the second time we voted for this. I have never yet seen the cost be $30! We have to get used to the fact that pretty much everything we vote for doesn’t happen if THEY don’t get their way!

Now let ME let you know how a lot of the motorcycling community feels. I have a couple of motorcycles myself. I have to pay $85 a year for just one of them. I do not have studded tires to tear up the roads, it also does not weigh as much as a vehicle, and it is not on the road for the entire year!

I would really like to know when this will become a fair system for everyone’s vehicle.

So I think as voters we should have the right to stop the system we have now. We need a different “money grab” than we have now!
