Learn about the symbols

Suppose I am a Jewish person who is frightened every time I see a cross on a person’s neck or a tattoo of the religion that has persecuted people of my faith for nearly 1,500 years? Could I request that all those things be removed or covered up? Not likely.

This tearing down or out by people who just do not like the image is stupid. Many of those symbols should be talked about as what they were at the time. Oh, excuse me, I forgot that history and civics are not taught in our schools anymore. One must know history or be doomed to repeat it, a wise man once said.
