Spokane’s heritage

One of the primary reasons we selected Spokane as our choice for retirement was the City’s commitment to preserving it’s historical heritage. We therefore, are extremely disappointed to learn that the Chancery building, one of the gems of Spokane, is being considered for demolition.

We would urge you to overcome the challenges and incorporate this classic building into your master plan for the block. Please keep the Chancery and it’s wonderful architecture for all to appreciate and enjoy for years to come.
