Unisex bathrooms

I overheard a conversation at my grandsons’ basketball game, between the mothers of what I believe were middle school girls, and the issue of use of bathrooms and shower facilities for individuals who are transitioning. One mother said her daughter will not use the bathroom at school, and waits to get home, which can lead to a host of medical problems.

Although the expense would be an obstacle, a separate “unisex” water closet should be installed in every school.
