Spokane’s clean air today

The Monday, March 2, “Then and Now” picture of the Spokesman building is impressive. Especially the “Then” picture is impressive with the black smoke pouring out of the Steam Plant stacks in the background. You won’t see that today. Improvements in Spokane’s air have been made.

As a board member of the Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency, I want to say “thanks” to the Spokesman for sharing that picture.
