Lost a good one

I was saddened to hear of the upcoming retirement of Court of Appeals Justice Kevin Korsmo.

I have known Justice Korsmo since his days with the Spokane County prosecutor’s office, and have always admired his hard work and devotion to achieving what he believed to be a fair result. These traits followed him to the bench and his well-reasoned opinions will be missed when he retires.

Eastern Washington is losing a good one. Good luck in retirement.
