Yes, they’re necessary

Regarding “School closures necessary?” (Duane Brown, March 18):

How short-sighted. It isn’t that they are worried about school children getting sick and dying, it is school children that may be exposed, and they expose their family and grandparents, who may very well die from COVID-19.
