Kindness in time of need

Saturday morning I drove to a friend’s house to go for a walk with her. Deciding to stop at Freddie’s for groceries on my way back, I put some money and my driver’s license in my pocket. Left my credit card at home because there were only 4 items on my list. We all know how that goes!

I decided since I was there to pick up a few other items By the time I got to the checkout and the cashier was ringing everything up, I realized I was short of money. While I was looking to see what to return, a woman behind me paid the balance. I don’t know who she was, but would like to thank her for her kindness I will be sure to do my part to help those in need in these stressful times. And next time carry my credit card!!

There are many people out of work who need our help. Let’s all do what we can to help and be kind to our fellow man. I will never forget this day!
