Cloth mask research

The advice from a medical student (“Cloth mask increases risk,” Sarah Printz, May 22) vs. Dr. Fauci (Director of National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease) and the CDC. She says she’s sharing research but does not name the source of her research, info on specifics of the randomized trial.

I urge your readers to do their own research from articles by Dr. Fauci, Dr. Birx (US Global AIDS coordinator) both on Trump’s Coronavirus Task Force, the CDC and the National Institute of Health before taking this advice from a medical student.
