Reprimand them all

These comments and opinions won’t, of course, won’t help the good doctor, but I feel as a concerned citizen of the county I must express my dismay … outrage? … at the way that the “administrator” of the Health District Board and the county commissioners handled this disaster.

The “administrator” doesn’t know protocols for terminating an employee?

Outrageous! That ought to be a key component of her job.

And then a member of the Health District Board … or was it a commissioner? Said it was complicated because, “voting for the doctor would put them in the position of being against her” (words to that effect) … they were afraid of upsetting her? …. No, you vote for what is legally and ethically right and let the chips fly.

I think an independent counsel needs to be formed to evaluate this disaster … What were the doctor’s performance evaluations before this new “administrator” was hired. And after. Why didn’t she provide counseling, if he was not following the boards directions ….The list of “wrongs” goes beyond word limits.

The county needs to determine “whose bed” she is sleeping in. How her political leanings are affecting the health of the county. She needs to be terminated now! Forthwith! Her incompetence is going to cost huge legal expenses.

In fact I think all members of the Health Board and the county commissioners need to be severely reprimanded for their roles in this debacle.
