Big gesture made small

It was truly saddening to see all those guest editorials in today’s (Sunday) paper castigating your prior editorial stance supporting Trump for re-election. And, your editorial board’s apologies for Cowles opinion piece were totally unnecessary. It sounded small.

On a brighter note, kudos and double kudos to Ken Hills, of Spokane, for his well-written synopsis of Trump’s accomplishments via his letter appearing in today’s paper (“Hatred short on specifics,” Nov. 1). It’s pretty obvious he gets his news from sources other than CNN, MSNBC, and publications like the New York Times.

It’s also obvious that those writers who are Trump haters, i.e., Vestal and many whose letters are published here, only pay attention to the radical left-wing propaganda machine. It only proves how powerful their propaganda has become.
