Frivolous claims

As one who, in my younger days, experienced sexual discrimination, misconduct and harassment in employment, I am relieved and grateful that these are some of several issues that have “seen the light of day” and are now regarded as unacceptable.

However — news flash to Lutz accuser — touching someone on the shoulder does not constitute sexual misconduct. Frivolous claims not only hurt the persons involved, but also thwart the fight against actual misconduct.
