Losing our moral standard

What one doesn’t appreciate and value, they will disregard and lose. Unfortunately, I have seen in this country throughout the years the loss of moral values, the loss of appreciation of what generations before us sacrificed for this country, the lack of concern for others and the increase of using others for one’s own supposed benefit.

This failure of understanding the consequences of not having high moral values and true concern for others brings us to Washington Referendum 90 and ESSB 5395. These laws want to force on innocent children (and violate parents’ rights) the so-called sex education of the learning of this society’s perversions. Schools were designed to educate the mind, not pollute it.

The snake slithers in, in silence, unnoticed until it strikes. This country is not only losing its moral standard, but losing the “we the people government” and instead those in office are now dictating to us what moral values we will have. They desire to shred the Constitution as it stands in the way of their takeover and power.

Please open your eyes and see what is happening. I have found Dave Lucas, who is running for state Senate, as a voice against this increasing evil.

I ask all to please protect our children, respect parents’ rights to parent and protect this nation from the self-absorbed interest of others. This country cannot stand unless it remains on the strong foundation it was built on.
