We are all immigrants

Although President Trump’s backed down from his claims that Kamala Harris couldn’t serve in the White House because her parents were immigrants to the United States, it might be well to remember that we are all immigrants or the descendants of immigrants — even Native Americans if you go back far enough. And though he won’t admit it, this wonderfully diverse country was built on the skills and energy of immigrants of every color and creed — to our benefit.
