Staab ready for the job

We have the opportunity to elect a well-respected, high character judge to the Court of Appeals.

I have been involved with appeals for 40 years. I have handled appeals against and appeared before Judge Tracy Staab for half that time. Judge Staab has been an outstanding opponent and a great trial judge. She is bright, well-prepared, and always professional.

Being a judge at the Court of Appeals is a big deal in legal circles. Experience matters. A lot. This is not a place for a novice lawyer with no judicial experience looking for on-the-job training. Judge Staab has a ton of both judicial and appellate experience. Our community would be well-served to have her on the Court of Appeals!
