Let the people decide

I just heard on the T.V. news about the fluoride issue that it is up to “administration: to vote on the issue.

My question: Why them? Isn’t it up to the people of Spokane who drink the water whether the people of Spokane want fluoride or not? What about us old-timers who drink the water and don’t have any teeth to worry about cavities but worry about what fluoride is doing to our systems health-wise?

When I lived in Spokane in the 1970s the water tasted so good and clean. We moved to the Seattle area but when we came back to visit Spokane we would bring empty jugs to fill up with Spokane water to take back to Seattle. I have lived in Spokane now since 2014.

So let the people of Spokane vote- not the administration!
