Don’t hijack fire aid

Let us hope that Governor Inslee has the residents of the small farming town of Malden, which was engulfed and devastated by a wind-driven wildfire, in their best interests, not his, upon his visit to the area.

By this I mean it is no doubt that after his return, he will most likely be applying for federal aid from President Trump, which will be promptly delivered.

It is my prayer that the president will put a stipulation on these much-needed funds that they will be issued to the town of Malden alone, and not hijacked over the mountains to the riot-laden streets of Seattle, which was coerced and applauded by this governor for months.

Please pray for those who have been affected by these wildfires, the firefighters who put their lives on the line for our protection, and for some much-needed rainfall.

Remember, God loves us all, and will hear our prayers, if we humbly turn back to Him.
