Pressing their luck

On June 28, eight thousand people in Spokane lost power. Avista, without warning had turned off their power. Yes, extreme heat was a factor, yet not giving those people advance notice was wrong.

When Avista asks for a rate increase, let’s remember Monday, June 28, 2021: the day people lost power in Spokane without warning!
