Statistical nonsense

I totally agree with Mr. Vestal (“Misleading claim about salmon twists statistics,” July 11) when statistics are misused in a blatant attempt to sway public opinion. One cannot take a limited sample and draw broad conclusions from a limited database.

This is almost as bad as a so-called journalist attempting to paint all conservatives as wrong based on one opinion.
