End the rent increases

According to Apartment List, rent in Spokane has jumped 32%; one of the highest rent increases in the nation.

Some renters will end up in the streets or sleeping in cars. Perhaps Spokane could start a new trend — sleeping in cars.

Federal money is available. Who knows, we might be evicting Jesus.
