Stan Chalich is the only one qualified

As a physician assistant, I could not be happier with how CVSD has followed science. They’ve kept my kids safe, reopened school as soon as possible, and prevented COVID transmission. I’d give the board free laceration repair for the rest of their lives if the boss would let me. If my four years teaching high school had been in CVSD, I bet you a COVID swab all the way to your brain that I wouldn’t have quit to become a physician assistant.

Stan Chalich has been serving kids in this community longer than I’ve been on this planet. While Stan recognizes science, his opponents intend to defy mask mandates, risking the health of children and state funding. With respect to one candidate’s claims of medical authority, when the doctors and PAs I know study the research and conclude one thing, your claim as a nurse that we’re all wrong sounds like a high school quarterback giving tips to Russell Wilson.

Stan’s opponents disrupted an August school board meeting. This required law enforcement intervention. The police. The actual police had to come remind these adults how to behave in public. I hope their mothers didn’t see that video.

These other candidates would be more kind and knowledgeable had Stan been their coach or teacher. It’s too late for my kids to learn from Stan directly, but not too late for them to benefit from his expertise as a school board member.

Write-in Stan Chalich, a vote for our kids.
