For a summer salad, try Picabu

Since it’s summer, it’s appropriate that Picabu Neighborhood Bistro is featuring a full summer salad menu. As you can see from the photo above, my wife and I tried it out (with my Corona chaser). The bowl closest is a Thai Spinach Pasta Salad (with chicken), and the one in back is Dijon Steak Salad (medium rare).

My report? It doesn’t exactly make for a romantic dinner-for-two when you sit on a sidewalk, next to a parking lot and adjacent to a grocery store. But to be truthful? I didn’t even notice.

And, for the record, I stopped at the single beer. So the tastiness must have been genuine.
