Looking for info on the candidates and issues ahead of tomorrow’s general election? Here are links to stories I’ve done this fall on the major statewide races: The governor’s race here ; the race for state superintendent of schools here ; the Idaho Secretary of State race here ; and the race for state treasurer here .
For the Senate and 1 st District congressional races, my stories analyzed the incumbents’ legislative records as they each seek another term. GOP Sen. Jim Risch’s bid for another six-year term is being challenged by Boise attorney Nels Mitchell; while 1 st District GOP Rep. Raul Labrador faces a challenge from longtime state Rep. Shirley Ringo, D-Moscow.
