Monica Hampton is a bright, capable store manager.
I have known her for about 15 years. I like her.
I once wrote a column about her store that caused a minor fecal storm in certain circles. I'm sure she was loyal to the employees in question. But to the best of my knowledge she never joined the chorus of those calling for my head.
