That downtown skyscraper
Remember when, years ago in an episode of "How I Met Your Mother," there was discussion of plans for a 78-story skyscraper in Spokane?
Yes, Spokane.
Well, that episode still pops up now and then in reruns. And it always raises the same question.
Where would be the best place for such a skyscraper?
Opinions will vary. But I'd vote for that parking lot between Sprague and Riverside, just east of the Bank of America Building.
