The Slice

Explosions in the freezer

Somewhere in the Spokane area, this is going to happen today.

1.) Someone will come inside his or her home, noting that it is hot out there.

2.) That person will crave a cold drink.

3.) Finding no beverage suitably chilled, this person will place a bottle or can in the freezer.

4.) This person will immediately forget about the drink in the freezer.

5.) Some time later, there will be a loud yet muffled bang. Everyone in the residence will suspect a hard object hit the roof. Maybe a piece of space debris.

6.) Someone will eventually open the freezer door and discover a burst beverage container.

7.) Then, tomorrow, across town, someone else will do the exact same thing.
