When costumes are the uniform of the day

"Many years ago in Seattle my date and I were going to a costume Halloween party. On the approach to the I-5 freeway the car had a flat tire. Picture a very large rabbit, complete with huge feet, changing a tire while a Playboy Bunny stood watching him."
I guess it's almost inevitable that we would see such scenes on Oct. 31.
Seems like there was a movie about 30 years ago where a group dressed in Halloween costumes tried to pull off some sort of heist. Can't think of the name of it, though.
