Yesterday, I saw freeway traffic stopped as three police officers pointed guns at the driver of an SUV.

Today, it was four cars (one or two overturned) seriously damaged after a wreck. Don't know about the injuries.

But in happier news, I'm told one of the media shuttles had an outside mirror whacked by a passing truck. Apparently some TV guys were able to lash it back on with gaffer tape.
