If someone asked me if I went to Expo
Q: So you didn’t go to Expo, did you?
A: Oh, yes. I went with my mother. I was 12. My father was in South Korea at the time.
Q: What? I thought you didn’t move to Spokane until the ‘80s. Right?
A: Yes, that’s right.
Q: But you went to Expo?
A: Yes, it was pretty cool hearing people speaking French on the futuristic tramway.
Q: Huh?
A: Yes, Expo ‘67 in Montreal. It wasn’t far from where my grandmother lived. What did you think I was talking about?
