It should have been done months ago. So, now … it must be done.

I’m a glutton for punishment, and so, am heading out for more almost-too-late Christmas shopping.

Yesterday afternoon it took me almost 45 minutes to travel the 2-ish miles from my house to the Spokane Valley Mall parking lot. Even with the assistance of professional traffic controllers, the surrounding arterials were a nightmare.

Gah! Why do all these people insist on waiting until the last minute to shop? They totally throw off my get in-get out, get-home-and-imbibe-while-wrapping game plan.

Today I’m traveling to the NorthTown Mall neighborhood and my knuckles are already white in anticipation. Hopefully I’ll make it back home in time for Christmas.
